幼少期から高校1年生までをアメリカ・中国（上海）・シンガポールで過ごす。早稲田大学国際教養学部卒業。
海外事業、経営企画、IPO推進など、企業の変化の現場に携わる。Terra Drone株式会社では海外子会社管理、資金調達、リスク管理・内部監査を担当し、IPO推進プロジェクトのPMとして2024年11月の上場に貢献。
人や組織、事業を「見えている出来事」ではなく、その背後にある構造や原理から理解することに関心を持つ。異なる世界を繋ぐ「変わらない原理」を探しながら、経営、海外市場、茶、人の営みについて考えています。
